Here's a table of rates for each type of repair, and all prices include parts and labor. If I can't fix it, you don't pay!
I also ask that you pay return postage, which will be the going rate for U.S. Priority mail, or International Priority mail, plus optional insurance.

Here's another one, before and after. This one is the older design that really needs to be upgraded as they don't work worth a crap when they're like the one on the left. Notice on the old version, there are two small diodes instead of one, no jumper wire, and the axial capacitor's positive end points towards the edge of the board:
